Refund policy

We want you to love your Jawnex purchase. If you're unsatisfied, here's how we handle refunds and replacements:

1. Eligibility
- You may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable once opened.

2. Damaged / Defective Product
- If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us with unboxing images within 48 hours of delivery.

3. How to Request
Email us at care@jawnex.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Unboxing images or video

4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

- Opened or used items
- Discounted or clearance items
